Pre-orders are items that are in the process of being manufactured by a third party. They are not in-stock and will ship at the time specified on the product listing.
If you purchase any in-stock items with pre-orders, your entire order will ship once all items are in stock. If you need any in-stock items sooner, please consider placing a separate order for the in-stock items. -
Yes! I'm very happy to gift-wrap your items free of charge. Please leave any special requests in the order note (such as a custom message, if you want your items packaged in a specific way, etc.)
PLACING AN ORDER

If you make any mistakes on your order, you must notify me within 12 hours of placing the order. I try to fulfill orders as soon as they’re received. I will not be able to accommodate any changes if your order has already been packed and dispatched.

Due to the nature of my products and because my shop is a single-person operation, I do not accept cancellations on any orders.

I cannot be responsible for parcels that are not delivered due to an inaccurate address.If your order is marked as ‘Delivered’ but isn’t there:
The USPS can at times provide inaccurate tracking information and may mark an item as ‘delivered’, but the order has not actually been delivered. I have found with other customers that the orders will show up after a few days—sometimes even up to a week after the order has been marked as ‘delivered’. If your order has still not arrived after a week of being marked ‘delivered’, please file a help request for missing mail with the USPS and contact me so we can find a solution.If the tracking hasn’t updated for more than 6 business days:

I unfortunately cannot be responsible for any parcels that are stolen. Please specify in the order comments to arrange a hold for pick-up (free of charge) with your local post office or purchase signature confirmation with your order if you concerned about a package being stolen.

I do not accept custom orders. All of my products are carefully designed for specific applications and are for sale as-is, meaning that I will not accept any requests to print any artwork on different items, at different sizes, etc. Thank you for your understanding!
